Where do you ship?
We ship to all countries in the EU.
How fast is delivery?
Standard delivery is usually 2-4 business days. Priority delivery is usually 1-3 business days. Orders placed before 14:00 are prepared for same-day shipping when possible.
Which payment options do you accept?
We accept card payments, iDEAL, and crypto at checkout.
How is the package shipped?
Orders are shipped in discreet packaging. The outside of the package does not show detailed product contents.
Do I get tracking?
Yes. As soon as your order is sent, you receive an email with a track and trace link so you can follow the shipment.
Do you accept returns?
Contact us before returning anything. Sealed sterile or hygiene-sensitive supplies can only be accepted where the packaging condition and applicable law allow it.
When do you give refunds?
