By using Dutch Peptides Supplies, creating an optional account, adding products to cart, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the site. You must use products only for lawful research, preparation, handling, or related professional workflows.

Products sold on Dutch Peptides Supplies are supplied as research preparation, handling, and lab-related supplies. They are not sold as medicines, foods, supplements, cosmetics, or products for human or animal consumption unless a product page clearly says otherwise.

Information on the site is provided for catalog, compatibility, ordering, and handling clarity. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment guidance, dosing advice, or a replacement for a licensed professional.

We aim to keep product names, specifications, prices, stock status, images, descriptions, and compatibility notes accurate. Mistakes can still happen.

If a product detail is clearly incorrect, unavailable, mispriced, or not possible to fulfill, we may correct the information, contact you, cancel the affected item, or refund the order.

Where applicable, regulated supplies are sourced as CE-marked items with manufacturer or supplier documentation for EU MDR conformity.

Compliance markings and documentation can vary by item, manufacturer, and packaging. Contact us before ordering if you need documentation for a specific product.

Some supplies may be sterile, sealed, single-use, hygiene-sensitive, temperature-sensitive, or tamper-controlled. Product pages and packaging should be checked before use.

If packaging arrives damaged, opened, missing, or otherwise not as expected, contact us before using the item so we can review the order and decide the appropriate solution.

An order is placed when checkout details are submitted. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we are able to fulfill it.

We may cancel or refuse an order if:

• Payment fails, is reversed, or cannot be verified.
• Required checkout details are missing, incorrect, or suspicious.
• The product is unavailable, restricted, damaged, rejected, or not suitable to ship.
• We believe the order may break these terms or applicable law.

Prices are shown in euros unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs, discounts, and payment options are shown during checkout before an order is completed.

Payment providers may have their own terms. We do not control whether a payment provider accepts, delays, reviews, or rejects a payment.

Stock status can change quickly. If an item is shown as in stock, we aim to ship it within the stated delivery window. If stock is low, the site may show a low-stock notice.

If an item is out of stock or still in testing, it cannot be ordered until it is available again. Availability is shown on the product and checkout flow where applicable.

We ship across Europe. Checkout delivery options are estimates, usually 1-3 or 2-4 business days depending on the selected service, payment confirmation, order time, destination, and carrier handoff. Estimates are not guarantees.

Carrier delays, customs checks, address issues, weather, holidays, or other events can affect delivery. If no delivery period is agreed, we aim to deliver within the period required by applicable consumer law.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is returned, delayed, or lost because the address was wrong or incomplete, extra costs may apply.

Where consumer withdrawal rights apply, you may have a 14-day period after receiving the order to tell us you want to withdraw. Some items cannot be returned, or lose the withdrawal right after opening, where the law allows this for sealed health, hygiene, safety, custom, temperature-sensitive, or tamper-controlled products.

If there is a problem with your order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, product name, batch if relevant, and photos where useful. We may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another solution depending on the issue.

To cancel or withdraw from an order, email dutchpeptides.vincent@gmail.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. If the order has already shipped, return options depend on the product type, packaging condition, and applicable law.

Accounts are optional. If you create or use an account, you are responsible for keeping access to your email and account session secure.

Account features may show order history, saved addresses, and profile details. You can still checkout as a guest where guest checkout is available.

Customers are responsible for:

• Checking product details, variants, quantities, and shipping information before ordering.
• Following all laws and rules that apply in their own country or region.
• Using products only for lawful research purposes.
• Not reselling products in a way that breaks these terms or applicable law.

We may update, pause, restrict, or remove parts of the website at any time. This includes product pages, account features, payment options, admin systems, checkout features.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dutch Peptides Supplies is not responsible for indirect losses, misuse of products, delays outside our control, incorrect customer information, or decisions made from non-medical product information on the site.

We may update these terms as the store changes. The version shown on this page applies when you use the site or place an order. If a change is important, we may also add a notice on the site.
